Fuel Injector Recall issue

I've been working on the car a lot lately and decided to check my fuel injectors and see what a possible replacement might cost. I grabbed the part numbers off of them. 13 53 7 565 138-07. Upon my google quest I found a December 2010 Technical service bulletin SI B13 14 10 Fuel Systems. Subject: Voluntary Emissions Recall Campaign 10E-A02: N54 Inspection and Replacement of Injectors. Produced from 04/02/07 to 10/31/2008. Injectors with PN/index 13 53 7 537 317-xx or 13 53 7 565 13801 up to 7 565 138-07 must be carefully removed in a sequential order (following REP13 53 310) and marked with the cylinder number.

So I decided I should call my local dealership and ask about this since it states regardless of mileage. They stated that the service was already performed by a dealership in the state that the car was originally sold in and they could not do anything. I contacted BMWNA Customer Care per the dealerships suggestion and they had no idea what to do. Should I contact the original dealership and see what they say? Any other ideas? I can't say they absolutely need to be replaced but being right at about 100k would like to get them replaced if possible before something happens where they have to be replaced.

Thanks,

Your 09 might not have the same injectors as the older models.

Also in my experience, the dealer will only replace injectors if they determine they are causing problems like misfires.

That could have been exactly what happened. They may have looked at them and said yep they look good at like 10k miles. I got the car at 17k.
