Misfires like crazy

So I just finished replacing my valve cover gasket, both oil filter housing gasketss, vacuum hoses, and block to thermostat alluminum fitting/coolant. Loaded the car up with oil and coolant. Ran the coolant bleed. Started the car and gave it some revs and it threw a plethora of codes. I chalked it up to an empty fuel rain and the coolant sensors needing to catch up so cleared them and started again. Now im getting a crazy amount of misfires on every cylinder except 2. Cylinder 4 is also getting P2E18. Not sure why im getting all these. Engine is running terrible. Checked fuel lines and rails and don't see any leaks. Spark plugs and fuel injectors were not removed. Is there maybe a sensor I forgot to plug in or perhaps got knocked loose somewhere? I was having 1 cylinder misfire every so often under full load before, but this is a completely different animal. Thoughts on what to check please.

Check the engine harness. You either pinch a wire/s or have something loose/up plugged.

Here is a scenario where you have to look at EVERYTHING you have touched.. because car was running ok.. dont go down a rabbit hole. with coils spark plug or injectors, this sounds like a vacuum leak . Read the codes with a bmw code reader not obd only..

One thing I noticed was the vacuum hoses. They may be criss crossed from the canisters to the tube they both connect to at the airbox(connects to it directly before going to break booster). Does the orientation of these vacuum hoses matter? I only pulled a 30FF once when cycling through codes and I was in park with gas petal all the way down taping out at about 5,000 RPMs as it misfired. I will do a little more digging after work on the coil pack wiring harness and any sensors that can be re-seated. Hopefully I can keep my hands from freezing out there today. Should be hitting the 30's today.

Vacuum lines from Canister to VAC solenoids can be criss crossed.
Pretty sure about this.

if you have doubts, reverse them under the Canisters.

I'm not about to take it out on the streets. So, Im essentially just reving it up to see what it will do/ testing. It would not get past 5,000 RPM and is running very rough. Not really safe anywhere but in my driveway in park.

Start by replacing all your spark plugs.

So I "figured" it out

I pulled all the air filter housing plastics off and DME cover and looked around and didn't see anything. Went ahead and pushed on all the connectors just in case to check them. None seemed loose or anything. I do have 1 wire that was pinched by the cap that I noticed when I took it off. It wasn't pinched this time and looked fine. I also disconnected the fuel rail sensor to see what that would do. Started the car back up and it ran like a champ other than throwing a code for the sensor. Reconnected the sensor and the code of course didn't come back. Everything seems fine now. All I can think of is possibly a loose connection in the DME from pulling on the cables to get them out of the way. I do however think I have a small boost leak though. After turning off the car I could here a light hiss. Does the pressure from the boost canister slowly leak out or should it remain after turning the car off. Was very slow. Slow enough where after waiting 2 or 3 minutes I could pull the hose off the canister and hear it release pressure.
