(Minor) rear bumper damage...

Some asshole backed into the driver's side rear bumper in a parking lot and drove off without leaving any contact info.

Any idea if this can be repaired without replacing the rear bumper? If so, anyone care to throw an approximate repair estimate out there?

Wash that section of the car and take another picture. It is hard to tell what is dirt and what is damaged.

But it looks repairable.
