Reset airbag warning light (stockport)

I've just this second finished putting an msport wheel in my 330d SE - looks and feels awesome.
However, having followed a guide to the letter I still got the airbag warning light when I turned the car on
Anyone round here (stockport/manchesrter) with the necessary software/cable etc to reset it for me for a little pocket money???

Haven't got time at the moment to go to a stealers or Indy due to work commitments.

Hope Someone kind on this great forum can help

Cheers
Andy

Does it come up in a similar way to low washer fluid , low air pressure, service needed? If so you may just be able to reset without any equipment
Im in manc and could show you how but someone would have to confirm whether thats the case or whether it needs resetting via computer

From what I can find out I think it needs reset by software.
Which is fine, I just can't get to an Indy at the moment due to work

I believe this needs to be done with a cable and software. I bought a cable of flea-bay for £25 that's did the trick!

Drobbie - have you got a link? And which software did you use? (Link too if you have one)

you are mentioning that you followed a guide to the letter, but what do you mean exactly?
cause I know that initially you have to unplug the vehicle's battery but, at the end of the job, you ll still have a warning light since you are installing a new item to your can-bus..
have you read somewhere a trick to avoid this light?
thanks,
terry
