Auto wipers and lights retrofit help?

Hi, I have a 318D E90, I noticed that my car didnt have auto lights or wipers, I have searched for doing the retrofit in which i was ready to buy all the parts for, however when going out to my car today, I noticed what seems to be the RLS sensor already there, which I thought was weird as my car doesnt have auto wipers or auto lights,

Can anyone confirm with me that this is the RLS sensor, and if so I would just need the auto light switch and then coding done?

you should have auto rain sensor if you have windshield
get your car options list by using last 7 digits on sites such as bimmer.work or bmw vin decoder

These are the options listed for my car, however I dont seem to see any auto lights/wipers option, and im sure y car doesnt have it, my dad has a 5 series with auto wipers and lights and the stalk and light switch is different.

Can anyone confirm whether if I want to add the option then i just need coding and the switch?

521 specified option for this. You don't have it by the looks of it.

I suggest remove the rear view mirror cover and see what you have there.

I think early e90s did come prewired for RLS.
