Anybody here in Central Flordia with a stock 335i
willing to meet up a guy with a MazdaSpeed 3 who thinks or says he can and has taken a stock 335i from a roll. All he has on his car is an intake.
I don't believe him for a second, but he's spewing this information all over some other forums. I'd like to see it on video. Let me know. |

So any of you close to this Winter Springs?
He said he's about 10 minutes from Orlando. I don't care about mods that are for looks, just hoping somebody has stock 335i in the performance arena (no tune, no intake, no exhaust, etc). |

Check cfbmw.org.
31xx lbs and 263 hp, I'm not seeing how he's going to take even a stock 335i. Obviously a couple mods and he shouldn't have much trouble with one.

He said (and Cobb actually backs this up on their website) that the stock intake is super restrictive (Cobb says the most restrictive they've seen) and a simple CAI adds 15-20 rwhp.
He said the stock MS3 which traps around 100-101 mph does much better when it can breathe and a CAI alone allows it to run equal or slightly ahead of cars like the BMW 335i that trap in the 105 mph range. IDK, but if that's the case it would give a stock 335i a good run. But I find it hard to believe. |

I do know a guy in Lake Mary/ Long wood area who has a Red MS3 and loves to race. The only thing is he doesn't hate on BMW owners... so If you want a pleasant run... this would be the guy.
