[n00b] N54 Turbo/HPFP Warranties for 335is?

Hi everyone!

Looking into purchasing a 2012 335is sometime this weekend. I've read a LOT about the turbos/turbo wastegate issues and the HPFP on the e92 N54 engines. I've also read about the extended warranties BMW issued following the lawsuit in 2010 that extended the turbo warranty to 8yrs/82k miles and HPFP to 10 years/120k miles.

Does any of the above apply to the 2011-2013 335is that have the n54? If the warranty doesn't apply to the 335is, am I screwed? Or are the issues fixed for the 335is model?

For some context - looking into buying a 2012 335is with ~50k miles for ~22k and was looking into potential issues prevalent in the model/n54 engine. Would love some advice/guidance in this area!

If you like the car, buy it and don't look back. The price seems right for the mileage. When the turbos give it up, contact Pure.

Yes all n54 got extended warranty.

From what I read, seems like 2007-2010 N54, not 2011-13 is models.

Aftermarket turbo maker. There are many options, Pure is one of them.

Yea but they got the same hpfp and turbos, dont they? So i would think they have warranty also.
