No bbk on 2006?

One vendor here told me that my e90 325i 2006 could not receive the performance bbk service.

First time I hear that.

Strange anyone heard that too?

Why would you want to put a BBK on a 325 in the first place? It's not going to be going that fast anyways. Do you even track the car? I suggest just going with a set of ceramic brake pads that cause less dust...and save $4000. Don't let my opinion sway you, but I just don't see a need for BBK's unless you are a track rat.

I see in your garage profile you have BMW Performance BBK's, so you tell us the answer to your question.

Yea ouch! Well you already have 18's on so I don't see why not. Ask another vendor, just like a doctor and get a 2nd opinion.

Honestly, it's good advice. You're going to take a huge hit on that when you sell or whatever you plan to do with it. By then, no one else will really have the need for one either, or atleast the need for a BBK, so you are stuck with a $4k brake job on a $15k (depending on the year you get rid of it) car... It will be hard to resell unless it'll fit on other models.

Unless you just simply have a ton of money to spend then I'd think of something else. And if that is the case, upgrade the whip to a 335!
