Should i get OEM alarm for my e93?
i like the motion sensor because i dont have to close the top when i park my car for a quick grocery shopping. i was wondering if it is easy to install? how much does the dealer charge? do i have the activate by dealer? |

If you are trying to retrofit the factory alarm for the E93 (that is, you didn't get it installed from the factory), then it won't come with the interior motion sensor--that only comes installed from the factory that way. And if your car has a build date of 04/09 or newer it's not pre-wired for it so the install cost will be prohibitively expensive.

Panel in the roof, switch under the hood. Pulling the liner in the rear driver fender well takes the most time. Had it coded by a local guy for $80. Total cost ~$320 installed. |
