Alternatively the services at J23A on the M1 would provide a carpark.

Korma is a bit on the 'spicy' side for those southern puffs...... i think passanda is more to their tastes!

Guys, remember we met at the Musuem which is a separate carpark. There was motor racing on last time we met, what was that?

Not sure what the racing was last time we were up there (17th March). Some sort of historics judging by some of the old relics. Certainly not as big as BSB, expect somewhere in the region of 15-20,000 people (and loads of bikes) for that.

I guess there is also a possibility they might use the MotoGP traffic plan: http://www.motorcyclenews.com/upload...ington_map.pdf

At UK3 it was a lotus session ...

The museum car park was still quiet.

I think Donington should still be OK

I suggest we send in a ShaDSoRT (shandy-drinking southern reccy team) into Donington to assess the lay of the land, before the PiSNoBs (pint-swilling northern boys) arrive, ok!

General Beauforty can lead the ShaDSoRT!

Ok, so the one who has to travel the furthest has to turn up first to assess the place... Have I heard you right?

Yes Paul!

Although I'm quite happy to put you up in the north-east on the night before, if you fancy driving the extra 150 miles to get here?!

There again, doesn't Carlos' dad have property in just about every major city in the UK- he must be able to sort some accommodation out for us on the stop-over?

Carslosh, where are you when we need you?

Another thought... are we sticking to E90Post members, or do we want to through the net to a wider range of BMW owners?

Matt, I think it will be tricky enough to organise everything amongst us lot, in less than 4 weeks!

However, we can still advertise the meet on the likes of BMWland and their members can sign up on here if they want to & can see how things are progressing, or not!

If anyone fancies sticking a post advertising UK4 on some of these other BMW forums, then please go ahead.

I'll knock up a UK4 Promo sig now!

All the best.
