No ADP is the repair order software. How the techs pull up work, how I code and bill them out. How the SA writes the order.

he who does the billing is the one that really makes the money. My admins do all my billing, they're worth their weight in gold.

Thats why I will never understand the techs that yell at me. They are all commission and I pay them. Dont piss off the person that makes you money!

no shit! That's why my admins make almost $60k. They make me 50 times their salary.

yeah, you gotta love cars, but the money they have tied up in inventory...and the risk of carrying that inventory...the return on investment sucks. Great place to work if you love cars, but to own the dealership - I'd rather invest my money where I can get a much better return. Then buy whatever car I want.

Thats actually the biggest reason my Dad and I fight. He is probably the worst procrastinater in the world. He would put things off for months, always say ill do it tomorrow. One day I said, "no you wont" and I was out of the house the next day.
