Any more info on IAV delete? Intake Air Valve?

Quite good actually!..i'd say about .5" lower than stock.

But the reinforcement plate in the middle will also need to be modified to accomodate the new exhaust.

I dont think the center plate is any reinforcement to the body, I think its made that rigid to support the weight of the heavy stock exhaust if it falls down on it... (but this is only my opinion)

surprised we don't see more oval exhausts for situations like this. I believe it helps with ground clearance and overall diameter can be greater than a round tube.

My exhaust shop stacked washers to fit my 3" exhaust under that support if you wanted to keep it there for peace of mind

Do you also have 3.5" downpipe?

I will keep the support. I will also weld the spacers right to the plate.

Yes, the downpipe is also 3.5".

Really impressive that you're doing the work yourself though. Nice be able to say you did it

Although I couldn't do it myself I was lucky enough to pick between straight pipe and resonators when my shop did my exhaust. The straight pipe was loud but the resonators made it a lot deeper and more refined.

Well not much for updates lately. Work as been crazy here!

Finished the 3.5" exhaust, very happy with the result ans sound!

Did a bigger compressor on the HP turbo;
