Hello gents,

I bought a 335is in December and moved to SA a few weeks ago, and unfortunately, my apartment doesn't have a car wash/car care center. I can't find any carwash places where I can wash my car without their pressure washer. Does anyone know of a place?

Also, anyone know of any recommended coders, car detailers and indy shops for walnut blasting? My car is still under warranty and I had the dealership change the battery, but I think all my previous codes were deleted in the process.

Thanks and hope to run into y'all at some point in the near future!

I don't know of any place you can bucket wash your car.

For service I hear M technik does great work but they don't do walnut blasting, I checked recently. After calling around I will likely end up doing that myself as I typically do my own work.

I don't know of any local coders but I know a guy in Houston that does it. I just bought the Carly fro BMW and did it myself. I have used it to register my new battery, code, and reset service reminders.

Welcome Christian! I new to the area as well. I tend to wash my car with my own bucket and brush at the pressure washer spots. Never had any issues.

So how many of you guys were affected from last weeks hail storm? My car has at least 5 dings but there are cars in my area that now look like a golf ball!

I ran out and threw blankets on mine and only got one little tiny ding on the trunk. My RX-8 got two good dings on the hood (aluminum). I have a lot of trees so that helped. My GF was on the way home from my house and got like 9 good dings on her new CX-5.

Worst part is that my 98' Integra GSR was in the garage and not my nice cars,

New rims are on and catback and spoiler ordered. I also bought a nice set of dual walled tips to weld on if I don't like the tips on the Circuit Werks catback.

I will do a proper shoot soon.

Wheels look great! Mine should be on in about a week. Also, where do you wash your car? That looks very similar to my car wash.

It'd be cool if we could get a few cars together for a decent shoot one of these days.

I generally wash at home, I just swung by that one to wash off the tire mounting grease. It's a car wash at Callaghan and Evers. Finding one that works regularly is actually pretty tough,

For sure. I do some shooting of my own cars. This is a shoot with my local RX-8 club.

Another just screwing around trying to get rolling shots.

And one of my RX-8 with the old aero

Can we do this? I'd love to do a meet & greet and take some group pics. SATX seems disconnected.

I used to live in Cibolo but we sold our house last year and moved out in the Spring Branch area. Schertz/Cibolo is a great community!
