Can a 2011 BMW 328i coupe use the light of a 335i?

Reason my adaptive headlights cause me nothing as of late headaches.

The light assembly is taking in moisture so i need to replace the assembly my thought was can i just a HID 335i none adaptive headlight and install it? and code out of the adaptive headlight?

My ballast and bulbs work or should i just install new headlight assembly and omit the installation of the adaptive components?

Example

or just got and code out the adaptive headlights?

You COULD reseal your headlights

Also, check that the angel eyes bulb covers are on in the back & that the rubber gaskets inside the covers are in place (mine tried to fall out when opened)

I found the issue the drivers side cover for the HID was left hanging off with one screw from dealer when i asked them to change it. Waiting for screws to arrive and close it properly ( used other screws temp). Now i have to change my Halo lights/ Adaptive controller awesomeness .

If you’re asking questions about headlights between 328 and 335
You’re either too lazy to search anything
Or have no business with moding a car

The 328 and 335 are only differenet in performance wise
Idk why any logical person would think having a different motor and suspension etc would mean different headlights
The only thing that determines the headlights are the chassis, year and package the car came with

It doesn’t take bmw engineer or even 5 minutes of searching to know this
