Is Your Pillow giving you Neck problems?
I actually have a hefty pile of pillows on my mattress: a body pillow, throw pillows, feather pillows, and a pillow from Etsy that I had custom-made to seem like my dog. however I really simplest sleep on one, which is a ratty cotton pillow it's flat but best for stomach sleepers like me. although I sleep like a rock most nights, from time to time i could wake up with a horribly achy neck.here's now not one ultimate pillow for all kinds of sleeper, as a result of all our bodies are distinctive. Some people could find that firm pillows work most suitable, and others might choose tender. "firm and tender are relative phrases," and lots of pillow producers neglect to point out that, many doctor says. In widespread, or not it's optimal to avoid extremes — preserve your internal Goldilocks in intellect when looking. "You don't need it too fluffy, or too thin, or too smooth, or too company."
if you are waking up with neck pain, or are unable to sleep during the evening to your pillow, then it may be profitable to take a glance at your sleep atmosphere as a whole and spot what has to be modified. for many people, it might be an indication that you need a unique pillow. besides the fact that you are convinced with a subpar pillow, like i am, it may now not be the healthiest option on your neck. Pillows are important to getting a pretty good night's sleep and guaranteeing that your spine and neck are match. are attempting stretching regularly or seeing a doctor if your ache within the neck persists. |

I sleep for more than 10 years on mine and this works perfectly for any head and neck ! The only downside I noticed is that it makes some noise on my ears caused by the buckwheat hulls . After a while the noise will disappear , probably by the wear on the sharper edges from the buckwheat hulls . I strongly recommend the buckwheat pillow for everyone's head and neck , because a buckwheat pillow takes and supports perfectly the shape from any kind of head and neck . I'm pretty sure , even from an elephant head...

I heard it is way healthier to sleep with no pillow. What makes the buckwheat pillow good for your spine? Couldn't you get the same result with any type of form fitting microfiber?

I heard great things on the Purple Pillow and may even pull the trigger myself, search it up. However, it is very expensive.

Buckwheat pillows are for real...much cooler than memory foam; although, I currently use a MyPillow pillow and love it. If you're having neck problems and want an alternative treatment to a chiropractor or medical doctor, consider Feldenkrais.

With my plush mattress I find myself with no pillow most nights, especially because I sleep on my sides. On my old firm futon I loved a bit fluffy pillow, though. That buckwheat pillow looks about right, for what I like in a pillow on a flush mattress, shallow but firm.

Hi Tenishac,
Sleeping without pillows will help your back extend and you will rest in a natural position without any consequences or aches. Using a pillow that is too soft can strain your neck muscles and even decrease the blood flow to your head. If your head tilts downward on a pillow that doesn’t provide adequate support for your head, then your airflow through the respiratory system will be significantly reduced. Because of this, you will most likely wake up the next morning feeling light-headed or even with a headache. On the other hand, using a thick pillow or even stacking more pillows underneath your head and neck will deform your position of the spine and induce a pain in your back. Sleeping like this for long periods will only cause chronic back pain and frequent muscle strain. If you are suddenly starting to experience any sort of pain in the morning, get rid of your current set of pillows immediately. Try to sleep one night without any head and neck support to see if the back or neck pain is gone the next morning. This might help you as well https://ponbee.com/meditation-for-sleep/ for improving your sleep. |

How can that be possible unless your head is as fat as your chest and as wide as your shoulders?
