Their badge, wheels, body kits, random lines on the body and stupid lettering on the back is hideous IMO.
I dont' get it.
Agree. The rear badging is hideous.

Love the new wheels, but the alpina version of E92/93 is not as nice as the E90/91...

Alpina is one of the BMW tuners with the longest history - they started modifying BMW in the late 60's and have had close relationship with BMW in R&D. For instance was the engine in the Alpina D10 was the predecessor to the 535d and 335d.

And the "wierd badge" has a crankshaft and a weber carburator on it - again a symbol of the earliest Alpinas.

I like them a lot

400hp/400lbxft...efficiently

Still not my cup of styling tea. I think LCI E92's are not the sexiest cars to begin with.

I`ve been to the Alpina sales section at the BMW dealership in Munich and inquired for the new B3 some weeks ago...
While the power output is great and the base price of the Alpina includes things which are options on the regular BMWs,the suspension obviously is more comfort orientated since the salesman told me that it is a bit softer than the BMW M-Package suspension...
the cool thing about the B3 is that you can get a LSD as an option

Wonder why they went with a larger diameter rear wheel package than stock? Stock is 255/35 18, while Alpina specs a 265/40 18.

Not bad....

Looks like the LCI LED tails are shaped a little differently than pre-LCI (the way it curves around the side) .....bummer I was hoping to swap these in as soon as they became available.
