In a pickle

My 07 e90 335i is having hpfp symptoms again. Long cranks and misfires when I accelerate leaving me with no power. I'm also getting quite a bit of white-ish smoke occasionally. Had a local shop read the codes and it came up with P142E. The problem is that I'm running catless downpipes and I dont know if the dealer will switch the fuel pump with them on. I'm leaving for school on the 18th and I dont know if I'll have time to take them off and get my pump switched. Does anyone have experience with a dealer nearby that will work on cars with catless dp's?

if you are trying to deal with factory warranty, you have to take aftermarket parts off. I'm taking my car to sterling dealership sometimes next week. take all the mods off.
