Just picked up my E92 tonight from Accutint. They did a great job. They couldn't tint the 3rd brake light on my car due to the fact the brake light is integrated into the roof of the car. Everyone experiencing the same issue?

thx

I see a couple of bubbles on the back window. Hopefully it will go away in a few days. It just looked kind of weird with the 3rd brake light not tinted

Bubbles should go away in a few days. If not, go back and have them fix it. You got a Life Time Warranty on it.

Nice Red...how about a picture or two?

I am very happy with my Accutint job. 15% Pinnacle and no 3rd brake light. Its doesn't bother me at all. What did you end up going with?

Looks awesome! You must be happy. Did you do 35% tint?

67R60,

35% was too light so I went with 15%. There is a bubble on my back window though so I have to take in sometime this week again. I loved the ceramic. Much better optics than the metallic tint. My polarized sunglasses worked fine. No distortion like my old tint.

So the Johnny Lin discount at Accutint is the way to go? And I just need my front two to be redone. I have the scratching/screeching issue, would they be able to fix that as well?

I got charged $110 (for the front 2 windows) back i the day from the Bellevue Accutint. From my understanding though, there is a new owner in Bellevue. I would go over to the Seattle location.

I have the same problem with my car and bought the tint in 2009 and the new owner of bellueve would not honor the warranty. Will call Accutin of Seattle later to see if they are willing to honor their work.

So did you guys have the front window scratch/screetch problem too? I was under the impression most e90s had this issue. I want to get a retint this summer if the fix is reasonable.
