I went - fun show! Was your wagon the one black one in the judged area? Nobody around it when I wandered by. So much to see - I had no idea there were so many VW enthusiasts in FL!
Also astounded they were letting people take to the drag strip without helmets on... Then the one Mustang guy came within inches of eating the wall.

Yes that was my Wagon. I was probably walking around filling out my judging sheet. Took forever, 16 classes and over 100 cars! Crazy. So many VWs!!!!
Unfortunately I didn’t win my class, some serious competition in my group. Lots of Wagon Love tho, lol. But it was a great day, lots of fun and cool ppl! I’ll def go back next year! The drag strip was nuts! Awesome that they ran it all day! I saw that Mustang run, such an impressive burn out then almost eat the wall!!!! |
