There's a bit of a dip on this chart on the low end that's already been worked out once the car as been allowed to adapt - we'll be posting these next update. Some miles were driven over this past weekend and we were able to rescan it to see if there were any gremlins present. All clear.

Seems the fuel system gets maxed out at ~270whp, so the file has been detuned a bit (for safety) and a new pulley/FPR is already on its way from ESS for round 2. No doubt about it, this is one awesome wagon.

Should be no problem hitting the 300whp mark. Will be following up with updates shortly.

The TQ dips went away for me as well. Cant wait to see the final numbers with the fuel upgrade. I ordered a set of the AA headers but am holding off installing them until the fuel upgrades are all complete since stage1 is at the safe limit of stock fuel.

Keep in mind we only have access to 91 octane at the pump on the West Coast. Those with 93 should see slightly better numbers.

Great, great work! Can't wait to learn more. Is the supercharger unit a Vortech v3?

Those TQ bumps/dips look just like the 3 stage intake dips. If the dips went away, did the 3 stage plastic valves/vanes quit working or break due to the boost?

I would like to see on a single stage intake, stock exhaust manifolds and cats and PE like exhaust.

Upgrade with 335 or M3 fuel pump?

how many times must it be posted that the plastic flaps don't see any pressure differential? besides, we're talking 6psi here..

There is an issue with that Dyno - it's not for a car with headers, just AA+3SM. His dyno with the headers was 242whp uncorrected.

I had to flash my ECU back to stock. Can't apply the ESS tune into on top of the AA otherwise you run into issues like Kisho did.

A few gallons of 100 mixed with 91 would bring the octane up quite a bit. I would be interested to see the power gains on higher octane.

Here's a quick followup with some miles driven (adaptation taken place) and with an updated file, also showing boost. Power dip is completely gone.

300whp is in the crosshairs.

Looks great but not what i'd expect from a SC. Don't you normally get a lot of instant torque down low that tapers off after 75% of the rpm range with a Supercharger? Is that right?

This actually looks like a low boost turbo curve to me but I don't know much.

It may be designed that way to make it more drive-able and linear with less "shove" spikes. However, I like to feel a torque surge at about 2000 rpm in normal day-to-day driving and I'm seeing stock N/A power at 2000rpm on the comparison graph. Its the daily driving power that matters to me. I wont be doing 6000-7000rpm around town much, so wont see the real-life gains that a S/C normally brings.

Keen to hear your thoughts on this.

I actually like the idea of the power being deeper in the rpm. I could choose whether I want to be there or not. Also, if most of the tq is down low there would be no point in redlining.
