Ok, then you're not effectively dialing out oversteer if only the front is adjustable. Tightening the front will cause more understeer and loosening it will cause less understeer. That's not the same as tightening the rear bar which sounds like is not possible. True adjustable swaybars should have mounting points on both front and rear bars.

We're talking about breaking loose. Not breaking the car. And I was saying get shocks with the springs, but l don't think I convince many people on this forum.

no no by break i ment your traction breaking loose. Its like this: Pretend your driving a stock car and your going around a turn and the car leans towards one side and you can kinda tell how the car is going to act and that if you push it harder and harder its going to lean more and more to that side until it finanly looses traction. Now, pretend your in a car that has super stiff springs + shocks and a stiff sway bar. You go into a turn and the car stays flat, no leaning toward anyside, which is good. The only thing i was warning you about was becuase since the car is alot stiffer in a turn, you cant predict when its going to break free and loose traction since its so stiff, compared to when its leaning and rolling and you can predict it better. Thats all, so no worries man, and im sure that the stuff im talking about is only on cars with like race setups as in SUPER SUPER stiff, so its all good. Im going to get some sways soon too hopefully!

Cars are supposed to lean and even with 1000+lb/in springs, a properly setup car will still lean so that there is weight transfer. Limit of tires and the ability to tell when the car will lose traction is not exactly associated with body lean. Yaw rate and even the sound of street tires is a better indicator. If your car breaks loose prior to tire squeal, then it's because the tire is losing contact with the ground from an improperly set up suspension. You can often tell if this is occurring by braking 100% over a bumpy surface. If it's extremely rough and your stopping distance is horrid then you know that your tires are leaving the ground.

So i finally got my car dropped on H&R sport on ZSP, and i also got UUC adjustable sway bars (currently on sale for $425).

I have posted pictures of the car and the install before but i meant for this thread to give a review on the springs + the sways.

First the H&R springs: the drop was about 1.5 inch, IMO it is a perfect drop. see below:

The ride quality is very similar to stock ride quality, i did not get any squeaks or any weird noises. it is all perfect so far.

Given that my Toyo tires suck the car was squealing like a pig, as it was when it was 100% stock.

Now, when i got the rear sway bar only the car felt really solid, like it felt like it's one piece again. But then the rear would get thrown out when i corner it hard. The squealing increased by 1.5-2 times as before. It was still a nice ride, felt stiff, but not rough at all.

Then we got the front sway bar installed after a day or 2. I dont know how to describe it, but if you are to see my face right now i probably look like -->

oooooooooh yah!!! my car is DIFFERENT! now the car feels so much in control, it's not even funny. Tire squeal decreased significantly and now the car sounds like a normal car with normal good tires. The car only go stiffer and much much more in control when you corner it. It seriously feels flat when you take hard turns.
I took a few hard right and left turns, and i decided to take it on one of the freeway turns. I did a 70 mph on a 30 mph turn, and did a 120 on a 55 mph turn. it was a joke, felt like nothing.

Oh, forgot to mention the ride feels a bit more tougher now. It's definitely not as tough as my stock G35 tho.

we believe to have the front sway bar set to oversteer right now, which feels great. I wanted that to make up for the stupid tires.

NOW, the fun part!!!! CHARLIE!!!! altho it seemed like a really hard job, and i think it is, he did it pretty quickly. i took me 3 months to convince him to do it, but once he started it was finished quick

good job man! the car is awesome dude... cant wait for DP's now

now that i typed all that i really dont know if that was any helpful, but since i already typed it im just gonna post it anyway hehe
Ok mang...I need to see more pics of this car. It looks nice and clean...quit holding out!
