Hi,

Does anyone else have the issue where you can’t add a new parameter?

When I right click I can only copy, there isn’t the other option (not even grayed out) to add new parameter??

I can change tick boxes and code changes okay but want to add a parameter

I realize this is an old question, but in case anyone else comes across it, I had this same question, so I'll leave an answer here.

The output file that you generate from NCS Expert (the trace file) can be edited in a text editor like notepad, so you can add the values you want that way, after you've completed the "read code data" job. After your text editing to add the new values, open up the file in NCS Dummy to review/check before outputting to continue your workflow with NCS Expert for the upload to the car as usual.
