P1553 after fixing P0015

2007 335i coupe.
So I just bought this car, I don't know the service history but I can tell its not been done properly. The oil was WAY past due. I changed the oil and put in 3/4 of a can of seafoam, ran it for 2 hours and then changed out the intake VANOS. Ta got the same P0015 again so I cleaned the exhaust cam sensor and that code was gone! But then immediately I got P1553... So I replaced the other VANOS and cleaned the intake cam sensor but I still have P1553.

When I crank up the vehicle after clearing the code it runs perfectly smooth for about 8 seconds, then the exhaust tone deepens and it starts misfiring at idle, it also runs like there are no turbos, it runs like a 325 at WOT.

Maybe you got bad turbos. Check your cam shaft position sensor thats what the P0015 means

The P0015 is gone, now I just have the P1553. I also cleaned the VANOS filters today, they looked pretty bad.

terrible maintenance leads to cam ledge issues.
or plugged oil passages in there.

So basically at this point I have to removed the valve cover, remove the exhaust cam cap and see if I see gold?

I swear to GOD im going to lite this POS on FIRE! I bought the timing tool set. I put the car at TDC, the crank pin doesn't fit in the hole without a LOT of twisting and force and wont go all the way in and the cams are at 1130 and 1230 instead of 12 and 12.
