Yeah sure. That thing is such a b**ch to install. Don't count on me too much though, I did it long time ago so.. but I did it pretty well so it doesn't turn off or anything when moonroof opens(like few other V1 hardwired owners complain).
Are you planning to do it soon though? My girlfriend is leaving on 21st so Im a little busy until then. I'll try to spare some time though if you plan on doing it before.

I wanted to do the hardwire through the fusebox, not the moonroof. It sounded like a more solid isntallation method. You're pretty busy until the 21st of June? We should head out one of these evenings while it's nice out and take some pix of our cars ...

Sounds like a plan. Black and white is always a great match. Especially with weather these days.

As far as the fuse box, I guess thats a new method now? back when I did it, it was all about the moonroof power line.

I'm from Vancouver, but hey it's just another Portland suburb.

As I said in my introduction thread I'm the body repair/client services (aka customer care) guy at Rasmussen and I hope you guys are all coming to see us for service! I'll take good care of my E90 friends!

So how's the TT compared to the Procede or the Xcede as far as HP goes? I'm thinking about getting the AA Xecede and their BOV......Just because I can get it for below retail $

Was the install hard? If you have any Dyno results, please post.....Thanks.

Hey Leland, welcome to the board. Is your 335i an E90, 92 or 93? I would say that the turbo tuner is sort of the "budget mod" if you want to gain some extra hp and some extra torque. HP and torque gains are claimed to be between 40-50 for both. So, the power gains are not the same as Procede, AA, etc. The install for the turbo tuner takes less than five minutes and is extremely simple. Another reason why I went with the TT is that it is undetectable by the dealer and can be taken off or put back on easily. I have heard that other software installs are much more complicated and are more easily detected by dealers.

It's going to be an E90......So r u saying that if I had any ECU upgrades such as the PROcede or Xecede then the dealer will not service my car or void warrenties?

Please clarify!!

I am not positive but some dealers who are stubborn may claim that the aftermarket software will void the warranty and they MIGHT refuse to warranty work because of it. You might wanna read around some more on the forum about it or you could even ask your dealer too.

wow.....not bad at all. So how much did you pay for your TT? 'Cause I think the PROcede and Xcede puts out comparable number of HPs too.....I've read in the forum that the PROcede bumps 335i HP up to around 330HP.....Haven't heard too much about the Xcede, it seems that most people are going w/ the PROcede for some reason........

Hey guys, name is Eric
moved to White Salmon/Hood River a few months ago(55 miles inland from Portland)
Have only seen one other E90, I am currently driving my SG E90 out here this weekend.
Looking for a good place to get 35% tint done in the next couple months.

503 did an AMAZING job on my tint. I couldn't have been happier.

Hey, do any of you have either PROcede or Xcede? If so, I was wandering if you remove it before going to get your car serviced @ the dealership? Or do you guys just leave the ECU and take the car in anyway?

Since the only aftermarket part that's honored by BMW is Dinan, and it cost an arm and a leg just for their ECU upgrades. I was not going to spent that much on that but rather go with the AA Xcede.

Yeah, I'll wave at ya if I see you on the road. I'm currently down here in the Eugene area for another month so if I see you I'll give you a FYI, if I do see you I'll be in a blue VW R
