e90 328i 3 stage intake tune

I recently installed the 3 stage intake on my '11 e90 328i. I read about tunes offered by BimmerLabs. Does anyone know if there are any guides to flashing the tunes, or any other better tunes out there that I can flash by myself

Those are the best free tunes you can get.

AFAIK, there aren't any other free tunes that you can flash yourself.
