yahoo autos, aol autos, craigslist, ebay (check local so you can go see the car), or just search google lol

Try: www.bmwusa.com

highlight click on certified pre-owned, highlight and click model search,
select "all preowned" and fill in the blanks. Be sure to select 2006 for both of the year blanks. looks like there are about 20 results.

also, make sure you are inserting "330xi" in the keyword in the advance search option on cars .com and autotrader.com

I don't blame you for wanting the 330i, I bought an 06 330i sedan black, sport and premium pkg with navigation 3 months ago with 72,xxx on the clock, and it's way nicer than any 06 325i I drove, plus the 330i comes with many standar options. There are a few on Autotrader with low miles at or around the price you want to pay. If it take a while to find one its well worth the wait.
The price was way less than any 07 335i.
Check Carmax.com, if the car is not local they will ship it to the closest location near you, the listing will also show the shipping price, good luck.

Thanks guys I appreciate it. Honestly the mileage is irrelevant to me as long as the service history is good. How do you like the I-drive? Is there any way to update the software/navigation on it? Im afraid I wont use it much and its just another thing that could break/go wrong.Also is shipping the car usually cheaper than a one way flight? FYI it looks like I can fly just about anywhere for like $250. Ive been eyeing one in Millwaukee that I can get to for around $150

I changed oil @ 5000 with mobile 1

I haven't looked around much but i think 15-16k would be a decent price.
