N52 Valve cover & Integrated PCV valve Questions

My shop was telling me my PCV is running 33-34 mbar +/- and it should be around 30 - mbar saying it "barely passes". Recommending I change the valve cover and integrated PCV valve. Are both these things just the valve cover gasket? and judging from the numbers they told me is this an urgent issue? if someone could shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it
