Line signal in E92 trunk?
Hi all,
I have the standard EU sound system, the most basic one without an amp. Now i want a sub in my trunk. I can get power from battery, remote from the 12v i guess, but how will i get the input? Anyone know if the wires are already there for the more premium sound system so i can tap an input for the amp? Thanks Jamez |

Well to ansver my own question for all the Standard Audio EU folks out there, BMW called me today to inform that there are no wires in the trunk for any audio if you havent upgraded to the EU "Hifi Professional" (equivalent to Standard US).
Hmm so no easy active SUB for me, unless i figure out a way to tap the rear door speaker wires for a signal... |
