E90 LCI lip spoiler

Hi all,

where to buy cheapest lip spoiler for my BMW 3 e90 LCI (facelift model). I'm from EU. I think best option would be that is already painted?

I was looking on eBay, found next three:

1. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3605862802...84.m1423.l2649 (already painted in my colour + get all tool for DIY. Instead of tape is there K520 Primer Adhesion Promoter. Is this better, it's like glue or what ??

2. http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-3-SERIES...sories&vxp=mtr (unpainted+get tape instead glue; I don't know how much cost painting...)

I bought mine from e92-lighting. It came painted and looks/fits great.
