Nah, aside from the turbos, depending on if/when they were replaced, she should still have some life left in her.

I might do rod bearings as I'm sure the oil pan is leaking already but n54's seem to still be going strong at 200k+ with proper maintenance.

My n54 is at 210k making 450+ whp and will go quite a few more years hopefully. If maintained correctly these cars can last a long while. People still think my 2009 is a newer car.
