18" Split 5 Spoke Square Setup?
Hey all, anyone have suggestions for this setup? At first I was going to buy OEM 313's in 18", but I decided I should go for a square setup. Now I'm struggling to find the right wheel.
View post on imgur.com This sticks out to me on TireRack, but I can barely find anything about the company. Flow One Race Spec F1, the 18x9 is 1 pc. gravity cast with flow forming and weigh 21 lb each, $230/each. Can anyone think of any other options? I guess I'd feel more comfortable spending a bit more $ on a more reputable wheel, especially if they're lighter and/or built better.

Anyone? I've been looking all week, I just can't find 18" lightweight wheels in this style. I double checked the Flow One weights on their website and it's actually like 23-24 lbs despite what Tire Rack says, so now I think they're really out

When it comes to wheels, you get what you pay for. If you're gonna go with cheap Chinese wheels, then there are more reputable brands out there around the same price point.
Sticking to OEM wheels will almost always yield the best quality for the price.

I agree, I'm just afraid that the 18" style 313's are pretty damn heavy compared to what else I could get, plus they don't come in a square setup...

Why not get four of the 313s in the width you want (square.) Then use spacers as desired or needed.
That's what I've done with my 189s. (Two pairs of fronts.) |
