Since it seems you have those, which smoked side LED markers did you get?

I've been through 2 cheapo amazon sets now and one side always breaks because of water I assume. What do you use?

Ok thanks I'll get them if mine break again. Was able to "fix" them with some electric contact cleaner and sealed it up with some eletrical tape this time.

Which lip does everyone run again? I'm looking for something that preferably not to expensive in carbon fiber. Just snapped the one I had from RW Carbon which was like 500$ so not looking at paying as much this time around.

My rw carbon lip cracked as well. I'm running an ebay arkym replica in matte black. It's very matte and looks almost rubbery, but it was a lot cheaper and looks decent.

I got a oddball question for the 335is boys. I'm currently on OTS MHD Stage 1+, but just got downpipes installed for FBO status. Planning to go Stage 2+.

Is the MHD tunes for the 335is any different than an regular 335i tune? I want to take advantage of the T0 engine if I can squeeze out some extra power. Should I forgo Stage 2+ and just go for custom?

Only the factory tune is different. MHD they are the same, but you can get more out of a custom tune. It just takes longer and depends on your plans with the car.

Thanks NoGuru, Yeah I think I'll just go Stage 2+, and send the tuners my log to see if there's anything left on the table. I only plan to stay with 93 oct, so custom may not get me much return for the $$.

Not worth it for dd imo, only if needed w/ upgraded turbos or track/drag times

Found this crimson red example while browsing CL. I've only seen one in this color in person and let me say...it is gorgeous. Damage reported on Carfax in 2014 but doesn't say it's from an accident. Quick search says there was a big hail storm in Oregon in the latter half of 2014, and with damage pretty much all over the car including the roof that would be a likely suspect.

Yeah that color is amazing. That looks like a good candidate for a high HP build.

2013 E92, 335is, Crimson Red

What a coincidence. I haven't checked this forum in a while and see talk about the Crimson Red 335is. I will be selling my 2013 335is (a little over 61k miles), Crimson Red with black interior. (1 of 84 in that color combo). Just purchased a 2020 M4 Heritage Edition and will be arriving mid-January. PM me if interested.

Congrats. That's a car worth leaving the e92 for!

What's up with the quarter panel looking like a different color than the trunk/bumper?

No. Was debating between the Velvet Blue and Imola Red and when I saw this one, I just went with it.

Anyone have issues passing inspection readiness? I've been told my dme needs to be updated. Will this fix it? I've had incomplete for catalyst and o2 and I drove the drive cycle multiple times and put 500 miles on the car.

You followed the proper procedure right? My dad had this issue on this e46m and we drove it thousands of miles and it kept failing readiness until we did the specific protocol and it was immediately fixed

Yup, I did the following:

Cold engine idle 2 min 10 sec
20-30 mph for 3 min 15 sec
40-60 mph for 15 mins. ( I also did just 55 mph for 15 mins)
Idle in gear for 5 mins

I've kept the rpm under 3K as well. Is the above what you did?
