Ya you can argue the power to weight ratio but then you have to think about the poweband of each vehicle... X amount of power kicks in at Y and holding it until Z . You can drive a highly modified 335 anywhere you want, doesnt have to be a track car, learn how to control your foot and you dont have to worry about cops. Umm i actually have wheels for my car , i didnt look into it cuz there is no need for lightwright whels on my car.

DTC, there is no way you can make a 328 compete with a 335i, even with weight savings. Why would you drop $5000 on a 328, If you can drop $1000 on an aftermarket fuel pump for the 335i and never worry about it again ?

LMAOoo... This thread is dedicated to dtc .. He forgets about powerband and gearing .. If car A makes 100whp @ 2k rpms and car B makes 50whp @ 2k with same weight and so called POWER numbers car A is gonna win n00b.. It all depends when and where your making your power and how much of it your holding till redline.

I am saying for $7k less one can buy a 328, drop $2k to achieve the same weight to power ratio as a 335, save that extra $5k for something better, and pretty much get what a guy who sets out to buy a stock 335 for, without having to worry about those FPFP shit. The mods I mentioned will also be the safest mods you can do, without ever having to worry about any warranty issues or needing to clear codes here and there if you buy new. Now am I clear enough? |

Who cares? There are a lot of cars out there that are faster, the G37 was not as refined, too much shit noise, had to WOT every time to kick some juice out of it, not worth even the lower cost to me.
