Trying to figure out OCC plumbing with new setup

I sold my e46 and was able to order a ton of parts for the 335. I'm now trying to figure out a few of the last systems for when the car goes back together. I'll be running a set of 19t turbos with hot side intake and an aluminum intake manifold with port injection. Pretty much all the catch can setups I've seen have been for stock intakes and stock manifolds so I wanted to see what other people are running. I'd also like to change the PCV to something with a hose barb or AN fittings if it's available. Suggestions anyone? A plumbing diagram would be great too.
