10.2011 E90 318d differential fluid?

Hey guys, quick question for you.

I've got an October 2011 E90 318d with over 200k kms and would like to do a differential fluid change.

On Castrol's website, they say their differential fluid is only for cars till 07.2011. I contacted them and they told me for my car I should contact BMW and get the fluid directly from them. Is this really the case, or will the API-GL5 75w-90 from Castrol work just fine?

99% certain the Castrol stuff will be fine
