Lexus IS vs. 330i (tiAG TiAG pics at a parking lot)

I parked today at the university, by coincidece to the side of a silver lexus IS and took some picks. The 330i seems a lot wider and lower than its competition, and much better in my opinion

ill be the first to admit it, the IS's rear end totally owns the E90.

IMO I think the E90 is one of those cars that look terrible in photographs, but if you view it in person it looks flawless.

Great pics. All around, even the rear, I'm definitely feeling the look of the 3er more.

What SIRIUS wrote; IMHO, the E90 looks 1000x better up close than in pictures and 10000000000x better than the toyota... I mean the lexus.

It seems all lexus does is rip off other car companies ideas from the old GS looking like the Mercedes E-class, the new IS looks like a mushed up 5-series, with the sharp cuts in the body and the tail lights and the new LS 460 looks like a softer 750iL. I have lost so much respect for Lexus. I think they are falling off.

The IS looks very sport and aggressive, but I think that the e90 looks classy, sophisticated, sporty, and timeless. I think that in 4 years, the IS will look very much outdated.

Agreed.

Front, back or profile, I find the IS looks like any other Japanese car on the road: a bit of Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Nissan mixed in.

Whereas the E90 looks like a BMW, and will still look good in a few years time.

And the 162's wheels on the E90 thoroughly beat the ones on the IS sport pack. :rocks:

Overall evaluation: Lux.sh is biased.
