Patches in tires (runflats)

I need to replace my tires. I have a lead on a what looks to be adecent used set. One tire has 2 patches. Is that a big deal? Can it ever be patched again? Should I stay away.....I use these maybe 3k miles in the summer.

wow...just 6 lol.....okay i wont worry too much. just bought a used set for what seemed like a good deal to replaced an effed up older rear 19 rft. One has 2 patches, the other none.
