depends on how deep those cuts go. Can't really tell from the photos. If they are not cut below the normal wear area, I'd say they would be ok.

Personally I would not buy them. Don't cheap out on such an important safety item, but at the end of the day that is your decision... the cuts look pretty superficial IMO.
