UPDATED: Transporting Kayaks + Teaser Pics of SSK

Hi,

Here is a picture from last summer transporting our kayaks. It works pretty well and does not affect the stability of the car that much.

I have also installed matte black kidneys and ordered BMW Performance SSK. More pics of those when I get the SSK installed!

Looks like it's attached to the tow hook.

Yes they are attached to the tow hook. The rope just misses the front bumper, so it does not damage it.

My fishing kayak is 14', I wonder how it would look on mine?

With the kayak being that long, do you get killed by the crosswinds?

Yeah it's an 17' long kayak! I have driven on highway something like 62 mph without any problems, no big issues with crosswinds either.
