UPDATED: Transporting Kayaks + Teaser Pics of SSK
Hi,
Here is a picture from last summer transporting our kayaks. It works pretty well and does not affect the stability of the car that much. I have also installed matte black kidneys and ordered BMW Performance SSK. More pics of those when I get the SSK installed!

Yes they are attached to the tow hook. The rope just misses the front bumper, so it does not damage it.

Is that a 17'?
My fishing kayak is 14', I wonder how it would look on mine? With the kayak being that long, do you get killed by the crosswinds? |

Yeah it's an 17' long kayak! I have driven on highway something like 62 mph without any problems, no big issues with crosswinds either.
