Paint color for lip splitter and side skirt extensions

I am in the process of doing some upgrades, including the M Sport bumper, a front lip splitter, M3 side skirts and side skirt extensions.

The lip splitter and side skirts will not be CF and I am trying to decide what color to paint them. (My car is Montego Blue and I have matte black kidney grills and silver wheels.)

I am considering painting these pieces something like Sparkling Graphite (or even Space Grey) to give them the color/look of CF and to have them not be "invisible black".

I am also considering some new wheels in either gun metal or anthracite that these new pieces would compliment.

Here's a bit of what I'm shooting. I've always loved GotChuckz ride. Which paint color would look the most like the CF or give me a similar contrast against the Montego?

Thanks in advance!

I think it'd be odd in anything but black.

Thanks for the input. I was just thinking about how nicely the CF lip on the above car compliments the gunmetal rims. Most CF pieces look closer to the Sparkling Graphite BMW color than to black. So...

Anyway, I'll probably go with black at least initially since I'm torn on rims and rim color and will probably stick with my silver CSLs for a while longer. (But, I'm really drooling over the anthracite Apex EC-7s right now.)

Well...it's a non-issue now. I've ordered a CF front splitter and side skirt extensions so I've finally joined the CF crowd. Will that make me go CF crazy and order CF mirror covers, CF rear diffuser and CF performance style trunk spoiler? We'll see.

looks like you got your answer but the oem msport rear diffuser is like a space gray type color in gloss and NOT flat black.

also, if you are getting an msport front bumper, you will need the coordinating belly pan as the standard one doesn't line up. Luckily, i have one for sale haha
