Yes... Would love to see the results. I'm sure it would haul the mail. There isn't that much more tq over my current setup with meth... it just carries it out to redline.

Just imagine the 1/4 mile times with all that power to all 4 wheels
My only concern would be transfer case...

Carrying it to redline (with a flatter curve no less) makes quite a bit more power, however. That's like minimalizing a major difference. I wonder what the average torque is on a stock turbo car from 4000rpms to the shift point vs the various singles in testing. I bet its a pretty substantial difference

I dont recall ever seeing shiv respond to a question about a single turbo xi. Could be they have no plans at all for it currently. Or maybe big, secret plans .

You are correct. Shiv said the guy had 130-140k miles on the car and decided to sell the car.

Somebody needs to step up. I've been in the shop once a month since I bought the car, so I decided I better hang onto my warranty for now. But in two years if nobody else has done it, then I will or I'll get rid of the car :-).

Part of the clutch locking mechanism in the transfer case. It uses a stepper motor on a cam that clamps the clutches tighter/looser to increase/decrease front drive. The worm gear can strip since it's made of plastic.
