If you're stranded, I have a VDO waterpump and Behr thermostat which I keep as a spare. But I was going to install this or next weekend, so it'll set my plans back. What are you looking to spend?

Call Maranello or BMW Mississauga and mention maxbimmer pricing. They have treated me well many times even when mike is unavailable. I also have a used spare thermostat of on a jam.

I just bought a new waterpump and thermostat from getbmwparts.com for $495.

Had it shipped free to CBI warehouse in Niagara Falls NY and picked it up myself at the border.

I think they are having a special right now.

Just found an awesome deal on eBay for a water pump, OEM BNIB. I paid CAD$444.05 including shipping and customs clearance charges for the pump to be delivered to my doors in Ontario, Canada. There won't be any other charges. They only have 1 more left at the time of this posting:
