There's two set of windows to pick modules from. Choose CAS for the first one. If the module does not show up on the second window (NFRM) your vehicle may not have the right hardware or software.

You could try coding the whole FRC file, but that is a bit more risky than each individual module.

Friendly . So has anyone done the angel eyes as daytime running lamps coding and gotten it to work without it disabling the adaptive headlights? The AE as DRL mod is one of the very few cosmetic mods I want coded, but the adaptive headlights are too useful in my case to lose for a cosmetic issue.

Where did you get that the adaptive headlights are disabled when setting AE as DRL?

No problems on my 07.

+1...First time I have heard that.

Just do the straight code for your AE as DRL and that's it.

I think I had this post in mind. Got a little confused after reading this post on page one.

Perhaps the adaptive headlight system shuts down when you use xenons as your DRL to avoid burning out the motors when the xenons are on all the time - otherwise the system treats the xenons as DRL the same as if the switch is manually turned to on.

Either way, AE and AHL are two separate things.

Ah, that makes more sense. Good to know it works. Gonna have to find our local coder and see if he can get this done for me. Thanks for the help, fellas!

you have FRM or NFRM? 03/07 can have NFRM

you may need to go daeos. I haven't seen an FRM module successfully programmed for AE as DRL for E90 w/o NFRM
