11k!
Mate, I am going against my own golden rule here but trade in value for that car is only slightly over half what you are asking for. If you want me to remove this post or etc, drop me a PM and I'll hapilly edit. But you need to be realistic. That car WONT SELL here or anywhere for that kind of money. If you put it up at 8k and expect to go slightly lower you will get a bite. ~8500 private sale is a good price for this car. NB. I sold one last month, same age, 5k more miles, but quite a bit more spec - for 8300 private sale. Managed to shift some of the mods and a spare set of alloys and get 9k total; But that's not the point. There's one here with similar mileage from a dealer (so expect to knock off at least 10% ) which benefits from full leather and heated seats, for less than 9k: http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classifi...1501?logcode=p I'll admit I don't know how the auto trans affects resale, but not by 40% value for certain

I can't understand why people don't do a bit of research before advertising cars for sale. It ain't hard don't even need to get a valuation.....just look on auto trader for similar cars to what your selling. As mega says this car is never worth 11k need to be far more realistic when selling.
Probably not what you want to hear but that's the market. |

The second I saw the first photo I thought 'that looks like Plymouth'
And I see from your location thats exactly where you are It must be the style of the roof tiles and the stucco walls. Plympton? (Im from Southway - many years ago) So - did this ever get the remap you were discussing on here? And any more issues with low coolant then? Steve Last edited by m1bjr; 02-24-2012 at 06:07 PM.. |

Elburton actually haha, impressive though. No problem at all with the coolant. Was all checked over, topped up and no problem ever since. Never bothered with the remap hah. I looked into it but didn't want to bother with any extra wear and tear. It is exactly as it came out of the factory without any modifications.
Any questions please ask! Jack. |
