EGR problems

Hi all

I've been having a problem with my e92 320d n47 from 2008. I need some help, please.
Car works just fine, enough power, but when I scanned with ista+ I got the following error: 004 CAE - Exhaust gas recirculation controller, position sensor, signal, and it wasn't existent.
So, I replaced the valve with a brand new one and after about 10-15 km, the car started running very bad, lack of power, check engine on. After that, I put on the old Egr valve and car works just fine, but the I get the same error.

Any advice, please?
