the guy wants to make me swim at LA Fitness man!!!

i worked out for like 50 min's then crashed watching TV in locker room... i want to start goign again tho... please

Yeah man...I reaaalllllyyy need to start going. I start getting all lazy and unproductive when I don't work out. I'm gonna try to go everyday from now on...even if it's only for 15 minutes. Anything > nothing

i agree man! if we can go from 8-10 every night, or 8-* that'd be great man

i want to do do the same muscle more than once a week, you know what i mean? like i want to do chest with bars say on a Monday, then on like thursday or something i want to do chest with dumbbells again...
