No, it is an e90 specific spare kit. Part # 36112159860

I realize European cars did not come with a spare, but it was optional to buy a kit from the dealer, unfortunately the canadian and USA dealers will refuse to sell it as they arent allowed (liability maybe?)

- Oil change and new oil filter.
- Replaced both gaskets for Oil filter housing and coolant.

During this repair I noticed (maybe I even broke it), the plastic coolant inlet to the engine block snapped half way at the connector end.

- Replaced broken OEM plastic connector with an aftermarket OE aluminium part instead and a new coolant hose. No more shitty plastic parts and breaks in the future.

Where did you get that spare tire and bag from? I’m about to replace run flats, with conventional tires. Thanks.

What are you using for painting the headliner? Now that I have a spare headliner I was thinking of experimenting/trying to paint it black.

Speaking of headliners, I will be wrapping my e91 headliner in black fabric in the next month or so.
Well an Upolstery ship is going to do it.

I bought it second hand locally so I'm not sure where you could buy a new kit. I listed the part # in my previous post so you might be able to find a vendor if you search that.

Supposedly north american dealerships are not allowed to import the spare kit to sell

Have you already swapped the pillars or what is your plan for those?

Also going to wrap them.
I was quoted 20 per pillar and 120 on the headliner on my e90 a few months ago.
E91 shouldn’t be much more.
The upholstery shop said they had black fabric with similar texture to the oem.

I used vinyl/fabric spray paint to redo the headliner of my e30 in black. That was about 4 years ago, there's no fading, wear or chipping, everything looks like it did they day I finished it. And it's still soft

I'm not absolutely 100% how this will work on the e9x platform as the headliner seems to be a slightly more puffy material.

The only thing is, I did this in my car, without removing the headliner (because that's a huge hassle to do), so i had to tape the F out of everything to make sure there was no overspray. Overall, super pleased with the results

That is actually a lot cheaper than I thought! Nice find!

Black (anthracite) interior pillars can be found relatively cheap in the European countries if you're down for searching. I wouldn't recommend finding shipping for the roof liner tho.

Yea, I was also surprised when they quoted me that.

If anyone is looking for Lci e90 csl style CF spoiler, it’s finally available in the US! Tried to order from China last year and it was a hassle.
It has been added to my list of parts to buy

Picked up another one. My brother was on the hunt for a 6spd W204 C300 but the limited(overpriced) market led him back to a 6spd/rwd E90 and the same damn colour as mine:

09 E90 328i 6spd rwd :sport package(w/ shadow line/anthracite), cold weather, Logic 7 and xenons. Sadly its vinyl seats for now. Have bluetooth and a 3 stage manifold to go on.

if anyone thinks their BMW is difficult to work on, I challenge you to replace the alternator on a v6 ford escape.
