Vishnu tunes this car cause it is F/I. Who cares about the M cars and their NA platforms. No room for tuning.

I have looked into all the videos now.
Lucky me, I got a few runs with really good quality,

The most interesting videos that I have got are:
Procede V2 – M3 E92
2 runs
Me (Procede V1 –M3 E92)
1 out of 2 runs

The sad thing is that I have to edit them all before posting them.
So no videos tonight I am sorry.
I’ll dig in to that tomorrow.
That’s a promise

I was very busy running with the other cars myself. My runs will be posted by M5board.

I'll do some writings now to answer some of your questions.

I did 2 runs each against the m6 and porche, first time i went into limpmode with both, i reduced the settings to 90%, no limpmode.
I might have done better if i was able to run 100%.
We have to wait and see if Shiw could solve this problem.
I guess i reduced the horsepower with 10-15 hp, i could feel the diffferens.
The 335 will be a beast with an uppgraded V2

Hows that a hater phrase? Get your head out of your ass, I already noticed this thread when it was linked from general e90 chat. However the thread created in the M3 section was unnecessary and was pretty much an attack (i.e. thread title) which would only lead to more unnecessary debate and trolling.

Maybe im the only one but I keep seeing 335 guys instigating the whole debate, honestly i really dont care whoever is faster or wins/loses. You buy the car for one reason because you like it and to enjoy driving it.

As for a modded 335 against a stock M3, well, I could mod an M3 too. Whats the point of testing stock vs modded?

Lost me.

per did you reduce your power settings @ 2500-3000 rpm like i said? Drop them to 85-90%.

If you still get limp do it to 3500 rpms also.

No one has flamed anyone, we are talking about the results of an enthusiast event. If the M3 beat every car there it would be talked about just as much.

Later.

Such a fantastic rivalry. Undoubtebly, its way cheaper and easier to mod the 335i to M3. The stock vs. aftermarket is completely relevant since we're talking about $2000 worth of mods here. We're talking about a simple chip. No one buys a turbo car to keep it stock, unless they're just not into it and they wont be having this conversation anyway.

And as I sit on TE-37s, GS-D3s, and the TCK Koni DA coilover setup, I laugh at M3 fanatics who say that no 335i will ever compete in the twisties. Hahah, that's a good one.

You don't think it has anything to do with the map not being specifically tuned for your exhaust+downpipes?

PER can you please do me a favor and post a comment on whether the M5board airfield runs are fixed??

All the losers and whiners always complain about the kick ass efforts of Gustav organizing these events.....

Were the runs fair?

Exactly its just a dumb answer. Period no if and or buts about it bottom line the 335 can handle just as good as any M3 mainly because its the same chassis with some minor tweaks but nothing that will ever make the M3 leaps and bounds better then a 335 also. As for people saying stuff like stock vs modded well why not just put an exhaust and chip on the M3 I guarantee it will still lose thats and fact because you can't extract alot more power from the engine easily. Also the M3 isnt exactly a track star anyway haven't you read the reviews? It's also heavier then the 335 and for the money I rather buy a Porsche.
