Let me know, if feedback on a strong and drivable clutch in that torque range.
It willl definetely be a beast, and they said it's already above the stock e90/92 M3 numbers and plenty more torque than those, so should be fun to drive!
Thats sick! That means no more boost for me at the moment lmao. Just did a clutch job on this one with the oem. Fml. :,) I'm excited for you!

It depends, keep in mind I will have added about 80 ft-lbs or more when done, so if I stopped at 349/303 I probably be ok with my clutch, so perhaps you ok. With stock tune and pulley I was at 237. Go for gold brah!

Sticking with the idea of the 110 for now with methanol and e85 (injectors should be here tomorrow!). We will see how they hold up with the 110 in the Texas heat. If there's room for upping the boat safely after that, I'm game!
I'm excited to see your developments!

E85 Kit is home, boys.
Injectors, updated map sensor, custom harness.
The fine questions of: what's different with this MAP sensor & any modification done to each injector, are beyond me. Bob is wizard and I am a filthy commoner.

I look forward to everyones results. I have a 2007 530i n52 with SMG trans swapped for 6 speed with 3rd pedal. Seems like another shop has expanded on Bobs work to help out the n52 platform.

Edit: original owner, 108k miles, very well kept and running- looking to add boost eventually.

Correct, several shops and not necessarily related but lots of knowledge in the BMW platforms and interest to improve upon them, will post up when it's done. Dropping in the N55 custom fitted clutch now and then we should be good to go and just waiting to see final numbers come trough.

Is the car still running a n52 manual trans, and you now are adding n55 custom clutch- looking forward to learning more about the trans/clutch and the fuel injector magic.

You got it, on my end yes that is what happened... they modify the n55 clutch assembly to mate w/the standard 328i 6MT.

How much does the n55 clutch hold?

The n54 is good up to say...450tq even then if you beat on it it will fail.

I think basically the same, 450 torque max was the number they told me, so basically the same as what you mention but for my torque numbers it should comfortably hold. Since they modify it to fit maybe they prefer one over the other, or perhaps they are the same. I will find out a lot once car is back! Stock was line 260-280 torque rating correct, for n52 328i?

With the increased power I am switching out my Koni FSD to the koni sport (yellow w adjustability) and should do a bit better at high speed than my Eibach pro + HR front sway. been a long time and can't wait to drive this "new" car with all the latest upgrades. I also have conversions at home for the full M4 brake conversion and will tackle that soon to upgrade my 370/345 discs to 380/370 with my Polish adapter brackets/spacers, and will fun the OEM M4 discs as I prefer that look/pattern.

Lol... close. Shop still tweaking with things, I will post once I get it... and now with clutch in it's just the shocks left. Sure they will do more dyno tuning work now once clutch will hold.

The brakes are great, the F30 sport and M4 F80 ones basically same, just slightly larger discs. I doubt I feel the difference as they are already very strong and combod with the M3 master cylinder. A mod I strongly recommend, and run currently with E60 345 custom drilled rear discs to match front. These you should do, great bang for the buck!

I've always been scared to go with drilled rotors. They look cool, but I've heard they have a tendency to crack

Good to know! Ahh, I thought you had the calipers...
Yeah doing well, just working and slowly making slight modifications to the car when I have time!
How are you?
I've been following the thread a little bit- seems like you're making huge leaps and bounds! Can't wait to see the finished product!

Hey guys. Need some help troubleshooting on the meth injection.

We wired up the meth pump to the cig lighter under the dash. I have a solenoid as well. Set the meth to start flowing at about 4 psi and go 100% spray at 7 psi. The pump starts when the car is in accessory mode, maybe to prime it. It dumps way too much into the charge pipe and nearly floods the motor. It idles like normal but wont rev past 2.5k, the engine breaks up and gets choppy, feels like bouncing off a rev limiter.

Definitely not good and need some thoughts lol
