swapping cylinder heads

Hi all, does anyone know if a m57 335d 306d5 cylinder head will fit a 306d3 m57 bottom end? Any differences between 330d vs 335d m57 apart from cylinder head valve size?

Want to increase valve size in my 330d so figure using a donor 335d head the best way or is it better to re-machine existing head with bigger valve set? Any info / advice appreciated.
